What is included in the Listing Concierge photography package?
- Launch package: up to 35 photos
- Reach package: up to 35 photos
- Luxe package: up to 35 photos and virtual twilight photography, and choice of drone photography, an interactive floorplan or Matterport 3D tour
What if I don't want to use one of these vendors for my photography?
Should you choose to opt-out of using one of our vendor partners for your photo needs, you will receive an $50 credit [for Launch and Reach package orders] or $80 credit [for Luxe package orders] at the time of checkout. Please note that opting out of the program’s photography means that you will be completely responsible for obtaining professional photos, connecting with and paying the vendors directly and ensuring that the photos are properly delivered to you by e-mail. You should then import the high resolution images into the Photos & Multimedia section of your order.
How do I schedule an appointment with one of the Listing Concierge photography partners for my package?
While you are completing your order form for Listing Concierge, you will have the opportunity to request your preferred photography date and time. Once you place your Listing Concierge order, your chosen photography company will receive a notification about your order and a team member will email you to confirm your photography date and time.
